Some objects belong to the stage. Others seem to carry an entire theatre within them.

The Theatre of Archetypes originates in an Atelier MHB series exploring imagined characters, symbolic objects and theatrical worlds assembled somewhere between memory, ornament and invention.

Among flowers, pearls and elaborate folds of fabric, jewelled hands hold a miniature theatre like a precious object discovered in another century. Painted scenery, gilded ornament and fragments of costume turn the composition into a small performance whose beginning and ending remain deliberately unknown.

The original Atelier MHB collage is reproduced across the finely textured surface of the compact, preserving its deep botanical greens, vivid pinks, antique gold, pearl white and jewel-like details.

Created as a small art object to carry with you, rather than an ordinary accessory.

CARE

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged contact with water. Keep closed when carrying to protect the mirrors.
