L’Héron belongs to Le Cabinet des Curiosités by Atelier MHB — a collection of imagined specimens, portraits and objects assembled somewhere between natural history and theatre.

At the centre of an ornamental oval stands a pale heron, crowned with an improbable bloom and dressed in pearls. Its wing carries a faded harlequin pattern, while ribbons, crystal drops and disembodied hands gather around the frame like fragments from an unfinished court performance. Behind the bird, a luminous golden ground turns the portrait into something between a natural-history specimen and a ceremonial effigy.

The original Atelier MHB collage is reproduced on a finely textured cover, bringing together warm terracotta, botanical greens, faded lilac, antique gold and the soft blue-violet plumage of the bird.

Created as a small art object to carry with you, accompanying the ordinary ritual of pausing to look.

CARE

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged contact with water. Keep closed when carrying to protect the mirrors.
